Editing Services
I offer a range of main editing services for my clients:

Additionally, I may be able to help you with a number of other tasks, including research and writing, formatting, tagging, and transcription.
I work on:
- journal articles and related texts (e.g., responses to readers’ reports)
- scholarly book proposals, book manuscripts, book chapters
- research proposals and doctoral dissertations (based on your institution’s guidelines)
- job applications (including resume/CV, cover letter, teaching statement, research statement, diversity statement)

I am Mac-based and typically work with Mac OS-native applications, applications from the Microsoft Office Home & Business Suite, Google Docs, WordPress and LaTex (via OverLeaf).
Academic Writing Coaching
In addition to editing services, I also offer coaching sessions for academic writers. While editing services typically focus on a specific document, academic writing coaching is about you, the writer. The coaching is tailored to your individual needs and may involve one session or several.
I can assist you with:
- identifying the strengths and weaknesses in your writing; designing an action plan to help you overcome the latter
- defining your long-term academic writing and publishing goals, including the steps needed to achieve them
- setting up a practicable timeline for realising your goals
- identifying strategies to keep yourself accountable
- and more!
Bespoke Services
I provide bespoke services for documentary films, book projects, academic or journalistic research, and more. These projects can run over an extended period of time, may involve international travel, and/or require special attention to detail and consistency.
